Deleting a Person

The following rules apply when deleting a Person record:

 

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab at the top of the window.
  2. In the Training Management section of the list, select Find > Person.
    Result: A list of persons is displayed.
  3. Click the Person code link of the Inactive person to be deleted.
  4. Click Action > Delete.
  5. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
    Result: The person has been removed from the system.
